Rule number 1.... If a firm offers you employment but you have to pay for qualifying for the position, i.e. a visa, a work permit, uniform, training etc etc.. then you will be scammed!
Rule number 2.....Only legit companies will provide you with everything you need to start employment!
Rule number 3..... Dont EVER send personal documents to anyone until they have personally written to you via normal post! NOT emails! Also, it would be better to only supply personal documents face-to-face!
Rule number 4......ALWAYS check the companies background! Any legit company today will have been registered and will have direct contact lines, i.e. telephone, a registered office etc etc.
Rule number 5...... Never be naive!
Rule number 6.......Stay safe and never reply to work offers that you have never applied for!

Actually they were not asking for visa payment , that was a certificate and they asked me to pay in just last email , before that all things will be done by company if i got hired, thats why i being dumb.

And In Pakistan , there are alot of workers and peoples go to UAE after paying for a visa of job so its not new for us to believe on this is real or fake.

Yeah from Malaysia. That's def. fake because oil companies don't pay that high, my friend works in Exxon, he gets paid $5200 as an expat. His job keeps changing location (country wise) so that is wayyy too low compared to the $10200 offered.

Also Humour, in Singapore those PRC (People's Republic of China) workers that come in for a pay of as little as $1200 SGD pay $8000-$10,000 agency fee for the visa so yeah usually agencies do take agency fees.

Visa's are usually done through your own country/embassy. If it is needed to be done in the country the company hiring you could easily just deduct it from your salary (makes sense right?).

This is a scam. Working in Malaysia you must be weary of the 2 tier police system, be very careful if they think you are muslim as you have to obey different laws.
