1 Gbit Unlimited Network Connection (Netherland)
50 GB HDD (or less. I don't need a big space)
Good CPU and virtualization
Windows Server 2008 OS (can be trial version)

It must be trusted company.

Yea both are same. They are used interchangeably. I guess one using xen for virtualisation is termed a VDA.

Also vds have more resources and few customers on a node than a VPS.

VDS refer to more premium type VPS setups -- usually just higher in resources. Sometimes it also means higher-end virtualization. The VDS just has higher specs, and higher degrees of isolation.
