I need Fresh Ping List

Can someone post Fresh Ping List for wordpress blog, or at least point me to the right direction.

Also i have another question, what can cause slow indexing of new posts, i have 3 years old pr3 site and a lot of quality backlinks, adding new content daily but still google index my new posts very slow. Does it have to do with sitemap maybe or something else, that is the reason why i am asking for fresh ping list.
