Yes you can use it

Even with the same address But the names should be different.

i am totally using different information (Name,Address,Mobile Number) Except IP

google can identify its the same person i would say not safe given that you always clean your cookies

if your are indian you have to be more careful

if site name is different so IP does not meter
100% it is safe
