I dont understand your question. Please explain. Do you want to withdraw from paypal to your credit card, whats alertpay have to do with it.

I think its not possible, but payoneer card have that facility , contact them in there thread they will help you out.

I mean. I have visa debitcard from alertpay. Since Paypal allowed me withdraw to Visa card and local bank, I want use that visa debitcard to withdraw my balance.

It is possible. You can just use the card directly to withdraw from your paypal balance.

i don't think you can do that
but if your card has balance you can send money on paypal directly with that card
