Depositfiles delay?
I made a payment of 8,95 euros for 1 month membership. I have not heard anything from them, they did not sent me email. What should I do? It says on my bank account that it did transfer succesfully... so

Have you tried E-Mailing them? Did you do any suspicious tasks before or after buying the account?

No absolutely not, I am just a customer. I personally have used other file hosts just fine. Yes I tried contacting them, but they are taking quite long. I figured, I'd go ask in a forum just to be on safe side and inform myself about anything I may be missing here.

I edited your thread title as it is against the rules to use the word "Scam" within titles. Best of luck with waiting on a reply from DepositFiles, if you don't get your account I suggest contacting your payment gateway or if that doesn't help, contact your bank.

Yeah these automated responces aren't being much of help to me at all. According to them they have received no payment, but according to my bank they did.
They want to know exact hour and minute of payment... ridiculous. None of this information has been provided to me. When I made payment, I expected an email from them.
I'l try call my bank tomorrow, see what can be done about this.
