    You should also apologise to me. Firstly I was never technically a customer of Rapidspeeds. I never ordered anything from Rapidspeeds, or even registered, so somehow I got an email from you. I did contact the sales email querying about the availabality to which I got no response for so many times. So how do you explain that then? Why on earth did I receive an email?

    maybe u are knowinserver customer?

    If you ever even submitted a sales ticket to KS/RS, then you are in the database. I found that out when leaseweb sent a mail to all RS customers when they crashed.
