You mean, in localhost?

Try this:

    $whitelist = array('localhost', '127.0.0.1');
    if(!in_array($_SERVER['HTTP_HOST'], $whitelist)){
?>

This works for me in Wordpress. Not tested in somewhere else.

I have wordpress blog, and I using New Google Analytics. I need that, Analitics show only other visitors results.

You can try using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to check if this will help in your case.
