I search for hosting, where I can find:
10$ or more per 1000 Japan downloads for 100mb+ and 15$ for 400mb or more. Company must pay regulary, the best way is automatically.

1-100mb 5$, for 101-250 mb 10$ and 15$ for 250mb+ and they pay 30% per every premium.
