topic says it all i've submitted 2 tickets regarding my rebill issue and its been 2 days and they never replied ! ... why is that ?

NewRL is unprofessional in my experience, their services are bad, always late responding to query, outdated plugin, and many more, i stopped using newRL after 3 months, and never ever going to buy this kind of service again. Use tehHost or other indian based services, much much much better and pro than Indonesian people, trust me..

NewRapidleech is the best RL service i ever use since one year
but lately they had a lot of issues in servers, plugins, speed and main site
i hope they won't close their company

NRL has stopped services via KWWH and they answer tickets, sometimes bit late. Its not the best host and not the worst either.
