IPB BOARD 3.3.X shoutobox query

I am having a minor issue with my shoutbox, my forum is http://endlessgamers.com

I put a new popup image (blue chat bubble) next to the header name. If the image is not the exact size of the previous, the header extends to accommodate it. I was wondering how I can change the size of the image freely without having the header change size.

try setting margin-top and margin-bottom to negative values. For example, -10
