How can I add a link into my signature?

Hi! I am new here and I need a little help, please! I saw some users who have links in their signature, but I can't find an option how to add a link into my signature; I see only the signature maker option, and there I can add only an image, without link
Can anybody help me, please?

Oh, I didn't know it, so that's why I don't have the signature option in my control panel, because I am a newbie! Ok, I will wait to have some more posts first - thank you all for your help!

You may use the UBB Label.

I don't know what is the UBB lavel, can you explain me, please? But if I am now allowed yet to show my signature, than better I will wait until I will be allowed to do this
