You want a server with 1 Gbps connection or more and there must not be more than 12 people on the server. You budget is $19. Imagine 12x $19. It's $228.

I also want a Lamborghini Murcielago unshared with any other buyer and my budget is $20,000. It should be V12 or more.

Yes, there are a lot of providers who sell between that price but not around those specs for that price. If you want less users and 1 Gbps or more connection, maybe increase your budget around $25. I assume you also want 1 Gbps unmetered . Right?
