Email Marketing site that could handle 700K active email subscriber list

Hi webmasters,

I have more than 700K active email subscriber list that i want to monetize from it, but the problem is that i could not found email marketing website that could have a cheap plan for it, any suggestion on how to send email to those 700K in the most effective ways? if ever possible looking for free one .

I had see mailChimp, getresponse, benchmarkmail, aweber, they provide prices that i could not afford.
even facebook could only handle 5000 email list .

looking forward for your opinion on this issue

Why not just get an emailer software like sendblaster??

Thanks for the reply mate , I'm using mailchimp up until now (the 2000 free plan),
I could not afford if i had to subscribe the plan to 700K as the set the price :
25,001 - 50,000 $240.00 , i had 14x than the max of the have, i have not quote for the bigger plan to them but looking at it, then i have to to pay about $3360 if i want to blast my 700K email to them, LOL.
