Help Me Choosing New Computer
I want to buy new computer for personal use. However, my main purpose is to work on computer but sometimes, I will play games as well as. So, what do you think guys this pc has enough for playing almost games like Resident Evil 5, Silent Hill Homecoming, Street fighter 4, The Fear (latest version), GTA (latest version) etc:
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.6Ghz
2gb Ram DD2
160GB Hard Drive
Graphics Card (Please suggest which one is best)

8GB Ram with a GFX CARD can fulfill your requirement!
Nvedia GFX Cards are bit expensive ones so there are many other company products avaiable which are not much costly

To play games properly and smoothly, it is better to have STRONG RAM or PROCESSOR?

^You need a decent amount of Video Ram & Processing Power, along with a bit of ram 4GB+

4gb ram DDr3 and an Mid Range AMD GFX would do.
