my paypal is not in Algeria , i crated it in France, i can only transfer to Banks on France or USA

Then better to search for French one

What paypal doesn't tell you, is, that you can call them, or mail them, and they can transfer your money to someone else's PP account...

1.Hey first of all you should have your true name in your account.
2.You should have a bank account in your name in your country.

If the above requirements are satisfied then you can withdraw your money using a cheque.

Now paypal will mostly send you a CITI Bank Check and you can withdraw the money from any bank.

thanks but i didn't creat paypal in my country !!! the only solution is tranfering money in Bank on USA :/

Apply for a card. Once you get it, apply for the USPS (US Payment Services). Once activated, they'll give you US Bank account details. Add that to your Paypal, and any money you draw to that will be loaded onto you Payoneer debit card.

Did you apply for one? Talk to Nissim Payoneer on this forum, very helpful guy. He should help you out if it is at all possible in your case.
