I use Rapidgator. Currently it's best filehost for PPD but remember it counts only 1 download per IP in 24 hours.
But sill it has decent rates. I managed to 200 downloads a day and make $1-$1.5 a day. It's a good filehost give it a try.
And one more thing NEVER use Bitshare. It scams on download counts. I used to get only 50-100 downloads when i used it earlier. Now you can see the difference.

Does rapidgator count 1 unique IP per file / 24hr? or just 1 unique IP / 24hr?

IE I have 2 files:
file1, file2. If user1 downloads file1 and file2 within 24 hours. How many count do I get? 1 or 2?
