By now most of us know how google PR works,etc. The higher the better.

I was thinking should page-rank actually be calculated this way?

Lets say you have a site which the avg rank for search engine position is around the 7th page, That site should have a PR 7.

Lets say Facebook always ranks on 1st page for its keywords, Social network,etc then facebook should have a PR 1

I mean that sounds better, PAGERANK as in what page it ranks in.

Since this could mean very high pageranks such as PR 100 then only sites who rank on top 50 pages for its keywords should have a PR (ex. PR50)

In this case the lower the PR the better.

I was just bored and thought of this.. Might sound retarded but oh well. Share your opinions
