I got a banner made for my theme using the PSD which came with the theme
it appears to fit when using my laptop with lower resolution but anything else for instance my PC monitor with a higher resolution the banner is too small and theres a large empty space left at the end.

Most sites I browse dont appear to change however you view them so whats the fix for this to suit the majority of users? any help is appreciated its really bugging me.
