i highly doubt that, but maybe a few would, but not most.
from what I can tell so far, they seem to be doing pretty good.
there are some improvements that can be done, but so far its good.

Netload was good before, but netload currently have payout uncertainty, their paypal payout rule has been changed silently (without proper announcement) from 10 days wait to 30 days wait.

The first batch of payout after the rule change is yet to be due. (27-Apr?)
