and it always got me like 80mb/s-110mb/s thru zoom uploader.

but i buyed a new server france loc. from servergen.com and i am only getting 3mbps-4mbps

so did they shift their servers or what ? can someone suggest me from where to upload which is best from jumbofiles.com

France internet providers really sucks man. I am knowing the same problem that you, I can't reach more than 150 kb/s and I have been custer of differents Internet operadors and the speed provided is same for both, just FREE, offers a speed more important but just about 30-40 kb/s more. I did some searches and seems that the french state obliges internet providers to increadibly reduce the upload speed just to fight against files sharing on cyber world.
Fucking country!! I am dying to leave it as soon as possible.
