2) US Hosting usually sucks as most members on KWWHunction are Warez People and want offshore
3) $9.99 For shared hosting!! YOU MAD?!?! Make some cheaper packages. For example Sp32 does $1 hosting in the US on cPanel, why would people pay 10x the amount for the same location on a worse panel?

Simple question , How many times you changed your cPanel hosting provider ? and can I know the reason?
