Encoding RDP

want to buy a good encoding RDP. I have rdp at sborghost.com and rdpplanet. Both have problems at the moment. so i want to buy som other for backup.
Important what i need:
Dual Quadcore Processor like Xeon E5620
1 Gb/s connection
Budget: 70 Dollars.

I'm a 9 months customer from RDPworld, they are really great
but they got banned from KWWHunction, I dont know why

EU server allows encoding, and are dual CPU, really powefull
they updated the server from 2 CPU intel xeon E5620 4 cores each
to 2 CPU intel xeon X5650 6 cores each
but the page isnt updated yet

for 70$ you can think of a dedicated server.

Looking for a encoding server too but cheaper. about 40 usd and 400gb space and fast.
