We appreciate that you registered the domain with good intentions, however, for a trademark owner to make exceptions and to allow infringement of marks in particular cases weakens the overall strength of the mark and implies when the owner seeks to assert its rights that they do so only selectively. That implication of selectivity jeopardizes the trademark owner's rights to enforcement.

i remember once i registered domain ebayimagehosting.com, after few months i also got email from ebay asking to park the domain and let it expire or else a law suite is going to kick my back with $$$$$$$$$$ dollars

after doing many research , everyone who got this kind of email they also did leave the domain and let it expire itself. so i did that.

and from then i never ever reg any domain that contains ebay as keyword.
