And also i stated in first post - i am giga-international partner, its not a big mystery. You will pay same price, yes i will got commission but you will got free operating system config :-). Imho good deal.

Sorry for long time no reply. Setup fee is free for first and last package. Setup time is up to 7 days but usually takes 24h. I have also some old kimsufi's:
