Is there any good Free soft available to creat Wordpress Themes?

Recently I search on Google & found some good site or soft for make Wordpress Theme. But most of them are demo , No Free Trail etc. Is there any free software available for make my own free wordpress themes? Can I make full complete wordpress themes with those soft?

Is there any one know about "Artisteer". Is it good soft? Which one is the best worpress theme make soft? please tell your opinion.

There is no software that make Wordpress themes. if there is any so that will definitely just change our colors, images, and positions of content.

The best thing to make theme, Learn web designing. learn web 2.0.

There is no free software .., If you can spend few bucks, you can try Artisteer . Its really an awesome tool for creating simple WP themes

For now mate, you should open the images folder and reskin the themes that way. You can also look through the Stylesheet file in wp admin and change all the colours with ease.

You wont be able to change the layout that much at this stage, but as soon as you know what your doing with the customising, it's just a case of finding the right layout you want and completely mashing it up from there.
