Help with style.css

Hey, i need some help with this please...my head started to hurt and i couldn't get it to work

if i added an image left the border shows up, but if i centered it it doesn't! I copied the code from img.alignleft and added to img.centered but i didn't work i don't know why... Here is the code i want to add

Correct me if I'm wrong sir, I think you are using the class

Instead of
