Why don't you just buy a shared hosting. For that specs you will only need to pay like 3 dollars a month ..

try qualityhost.in, they offer a free trial for 30 days but unfortunately it looks like you need more space than their trial. they do have a plan for 9.99/mo that would suit you. its 10gb space 2000gb xfer, cpanel , instant setup, the works.
