First of all, They don't Allow anything suspicious city and will Ban your Account anytime they want Without any confirmation or Some Email Try, I Would Advise you to Using Adsense, Smowtion or Infolinks to Monetize your Site in a Proper Manner and Without any Worry or Problem.

As I Have Used Adbrite they don't have Too Value to ad Clicks, their payments are made Every net 60 days or more, i had Problems Activating ads, They don't have any good Support, Not much of Quality ads, Payments Come Late Everytime! Adbrite don't have high CPM but I've never had a problem with them.

Clicksor have a terrible network that is full of spam.

Clicksor is horrid, yes you earn more but for the amount of malware, spyware and popups it is actually very low. Stay away from clicksor
