Needing Admins/SM/Uploaders

Back round information.. My site has been up for about 2 months now. We are currently hosted on a nice server in amsterdam so hosting is not a problem. We have our modded template/site set out nicely. We have our own coded link checker bot that is compatible with our version of IPB. Fully secured all scripts so no Injection/RFI/LFI ect can take place. We currently don't have any set Administrators/SuperMods only random people that were suppose to take the postions but don't do much. It seems like i am the only person uploading posting ect.

Now to the point..
We have grown to 1.5k members in our 2 months submitting to katz. We are 3* atm.. Hoping to go to 4 soon. The site is lacking activity/thrive. We just have members registering/leaching not even posting in introduction ect.
So i am looking for experianced people within the warez scene or webmaster scene to apply for an administrator postion to help me maintain/run the website.

I also need dedicated people who would want to maintain the forums and be a supermod on a great upcomming website.

Also Needing uploaders who are computer literate. I can supply you with high speed remote desktops so you don't kill your own bandwidth. You will get all your rapidshare points ect.
