I think this is sour grapes.

I think Nick as no shame or honor, he watched his threads sometimes logged in other times not from what happened.

We watched as client after client had their account services and domain names through WWXS disappear from their client accounts because they voiced openly their dissatisfaction.

This is as low as you can get and very childish. It was suggested that everyone file a charge back on their shared thread, and 0ccul7 also mentioned it, so perhaps that is what should happen.

Nick tries to pretend he was the victim in this but I believe the majority of the affected clients would disagree after several days of downtime and a lot of BS and excuses.

The fact that he wold not come here and post that and the contents of his last post it is very apparent he preferred his clients money over providing them the appropriate service for which they paid.

0ccul7 if you are reading this your partners message id what I was talking about in our PMs. Your company will not survive this with this kind of crap being circulated by your partner.

At the time this happened Shane was still a representative of the company, if he did it the company is still responsible for his actions.

Without real proof, which I am quite sure will never be provided, Nick was in/at the hospital this is all BULL SHIT.

Hopefully he knows datacenters and resellers have the right to access the server at anytime they feel the need.

If he has to blame a user saying they deleted the client area just so he wont have to refund some users then he wont be pressing charges on anyone.

He would not win even if guardhosts went in without a lawyer since this case does not have enough evidence showing guardhosts intentionally tried to harm worldwide since everything was done by request.
