Question Urgent Queries about Domain & Hosting!

So i have a domain registered with namecheap.com with Free Standard Privacy Protection.

I host that domain for Warez Linking on my blog. So my query is..
*Are Domains prone to DMCAs too, like the POSTS?
*Can companies file a DMCA for my Domain to be Blocked?
-If YES, Then is there a way to Protect my domain?
Like Transferring domain to some other registrar?

And I get 23K+ UV Daily, With more than 110K Pageviews.
*Would a 1Gbps Shared Hosting be GOOD Enough for my blog?

Sorry, I Am N00B at hosting & domain thing

All of those things except the shared hosting thing are correct.

Depending on your domain extension you can be somewhat safer using an offshore domain registrar. But in all honesty if the US wants to take you down, they probably will.

Shared hosting for a site with 23k+ UV is not going to happen, get yourself at bare minimum a VPS.

I got a .net Domain.. So should i replace it with an .eu domain?
As i see Warez sites switching to .eu domains..

And can you tell me any Offshore Domain registrar, who can protect my domain?

And shared Hosting won't be able to handle 6K-8K Pageviews in 30mins
So, I should opt for a small offshore VPS?

But about the Domain hosting problem?
How do i Transfer it to protect it?
    Any Offshore Registrars?
And should i switch to .eu domain?

A 512Ram vps may keep up if your site and the server config is optimized, though still I'd go for something better, considering you're obviously trying to grow your site...

As far as the domain goes, I wouldn't use any TLD that the USA has much control over, put it that way.

So a bigger vps than 512MB RAM should be a good choice. Ty for that

And I Should also buy a .eu domain.. Can you refer any Registrar good registrar?
    With Full DMCA/Privacy Protection.

    You're very welcome.

No sorry I can't, there is no such thing. Just use one that's not a US company etc, it's about all you can do.

    Best of luck.
