I need new server for my site.
My account has been suspended on my old shared host becouse I generate to much CPU
I have 3-4k UV/Day and still grows
And I I'm looking for good hosting which carry this ridiculously small site
I need Dedicated / VPS or I can still use shared host ?

Maybe you are using too many plugins and that maybe the reason why your CPU usage is high. Try removing all useless plugins and check the CPU usage once.
3-4k UV is not a problem on shared host, but if you continue to grow rapidly - i would suggest you to buy a VPS.Follow besthostingforums on FB

Yes, Rox is right. Or maybe you can try to cache your content, so it will decrease the CPU usage.

nooky.usPrices for VPS are so low. I just bought one from vps6.net. For US$9.95 you can't afford to suffer on a shared host. Plus you can monitor your site easily.
And try to use a cache plugin. I hear a good one is WPCacheAll (not quite sure of the name).

You'll need to start caching your content sooner or later, I suggest you to use w3 total cache.

Your websites are taking time to load as they are adding up loads on the shared hosting server. Going with basic VPS configuration 512RAM , 1024MB burstable, 30-50GB HDD , 1Gbps connectivity , Presently would be enough for your websites .
