windows vps in UK location

I searched in forum ,but i couldnt find any new or stable company in UK,i wonder why !

anyhow,

I need xen( i dont want to buy license, so if you can accept my iso ) or windows 2003 vps in UK
Port : 1 GB
bw : 1 TB

all port open ! and no any limit on port , connection or something like that!

please give me your offer , i will decide by my budget, much or less.

you could try vps247 - I like their VPS service, but it is only a 100mbit port iirc
