Hi, My site - pornvilla.net , i am gonna buy new servers and also want to transfer my community (mybb) to IPB, i have bought the licence,

Just Need Step By Step Guide on how to do it?, Coz i dont want to loose any post or members

A sure way not to loose anything is to make backups. You should either keep the backup on your local computer, and/or have a remote server.

As far as a step by step guide, there should be documentation to read on their site or when you download the converter. And if you are paying for a license Im sure IPB would help you.

well at first make a backup of your current mybb database.
converting to ipb is easy. i also did it (phpbb to ipb)

you can add the coverter and follow the instructions and give it time to get converted. you won't lose any of posts or members.

If you download the IPB converter you will see a folder called "Documentation". Open that folder and you'll see a "start_here" file, open that and get started

Converting to IP.Board

To convert to IP.Board, then please do the following:


    Install IP.Board as described in the Installation Guide
    Download the latest converters from http://external.ipslink.com/ipboard30/landing/?p=converthelp

    Upload all the files contained in the "upload" folder of the converters distribution

    Go to your Admin CP, select the System tab, then choose Manage Applications & Modules

    Under Applications Not Installed press the Install link for IPS converters

    When the installation is complete, select My Apps and then IPS Converters

    Follow the on-screen instructions
