We don't have any limits about downloads, you can submit unlimited downloads every day.

i was 3* and now 2*

i don't submit to you still my site gets scanned automatically and listed as 2*
i have removed backlink as well
i really like your layout and functions

Recently i guess you have lost major traffic just like other ddls and the worst thing is 80 submissions /day ( less traffic so none of sites gets better traffic from you )
If we are keeping your Banner on our site we should get some traffic , Don't We ?

So none will get traffic ! (may be some will get 2-3 visitors/day)
Is it worth to keep your banner for 2-3 visitors ?
Keep a Text link instead
