Transferring database from plesk to cPanel

I have transferred all my files and everything. The only thing left to do is transfer my database from plesk over to cPanel. It is a vBulletin database.

What is the best way to do this? My database is too large to export and import and phpmyadmin

I need the easiest way possible.

If you have SSH access it would be easy.
