NginxCP vs cPnginx

I was looking at http://cpnginx.com/ and http://nginxcp.com/

I don't mind that the cPnginx is paid, I just want to know which one is better, the differences and why it is better.

Both are the same. Just one uses a different configuration for nginx and updates nginx releases quicker.

Not really anything big.

Does this seem good? http://syslint.com/cPanel-Server-Management Its only $10 a month and you get cPnginx and cPremore and they optimise and secure your server a little and do some extra things and install some things for you?
