so many reason
- Name Server Problem
- Data center internet connection problem
- Firewall protection
- Server Eternet Cable Socket (RC45) is bad need to be change

for fixing contact your provider and give that screenshot about the packet lose

Packet lost means, that the website you use to check for your site if it is online or not, it usually tries and ping the site to see if its online or not..

A packet loss is said, when the server of that website is pinging your website server, it does not respond so it says Packet Failure


Basically it means your site is not reachable from that particular IP ping.

and yea, my site is not accessible at some parts of the world.
