Looking for OVH reseller (Paypal) and anonymous ? (no customer verification)

All is in the title, I'm looking for a cheap OVH reseller, and if possible without customer verication because I want to keep my privacy like with my old hosting provider...

I plan to buy this:
- 1x Kimsufi 24G (on Windows)
- 1x SuperPlan SSD OR Kimsufi 16G

I will pay by paypal, I want to manage myself my server (reinstalling, rebooting) so I need accces to the OVH panel, I want to move all my services from my old hosting provider, I'm looking also for a great support service and the cheapest prices.
