Internet.bs on the other hand is from the bahamas and doesn't request that kind of information, they do need it to be real otherwhise they'll suspend you (they still need to comply with ICANN rules). Also you don't need a fully verified paypal account to use with them.

That's the best one dude , you can create a fake paypal and verify it with vcc and then buy domain @ InternetBS
its not that you need verified paypal but its necessary to preserve the account from being limited.This way you can renew the domain each year with same paypal
