got with internet.bs. they dont give any shit about US laws and their live support is online all time and pretty nice too.

dynadot is US based and asks for your passport information or whatever they need to verify your data. Internet.bs on the other hand is from the bahamas and doesn't request that kind of information, they do need it to be real otherwhise they'll suspend you (they still need to comply with ICANN rules). Also you don't need a fully verified paypal account to use with them.
