Need good resources for Android App development

Could anyone suggest me some good, easy to follow, free online resources to get started with Android application development? I'm pretty much deft with C++, JAVA, C# & VB.

Use of videos in the tutorial & provision of small sample programs, etc would be really great!

You could also suggest some good books too
