I already use both now if I think what you mean.
I got a whitelist where people have to get on. Also a blacklist where I can put people.

So:
blacklisted + whitelisted = no submissions comming through
whitelisted = submittions comming through
blacklisted = obvious not

It's a pretty good system IMO.
If that wasn't what you means then lemme know on msn ^^ always up for a uber idea of teh Jmz

I think only whitelist is enough cause whitelisted sites are those sites which you have already reviewed. If you don't like a site don't whitelist it.
