First concentrate on your site. Your most of the site is Under Construction, so how adsense will approve you.

The solution is simple, add more content. Write 15 articles (each article should contain more than 200 words) and reaply to adsense you will be accepted... your content is safe for adsense.

I have a question too: Does adsense approve a site/blog which is once denied? If so, does it mean I have to create another e-mail ad just to re-apply the same site/blog?
