I need some help on this in three ways

1. Remove it completely from my site.
2. Remove it completely from my laptop.
3. Stop it coming in again when I go onto another site that supports it.

I found this on OpenX website;

((OpenX will not set a unique cookie in your browser.
Delete OpenX cookie. This will delete an OpenX cookie, but a new one may be set on a OpenX Market enabled site. ))

The Delete OpenX cookie is live, but every time I clicked on it, it takes you back to the same info page, so you cant delete it.)

It came in through a "back door" and I dont know how, but I have spent all morning researching it and still cant find the answer on how to remove it It may have come in through a windows update, as it is from Microsoft.

Every time I try to change a page on my site or some others I am diverted to

Code:
OpenX  from http://xerynnus.com/www/admin/index.php
Its like a darn virus that you cant get read of, Ive tried everything, but I cant find it either on my control panel or on Revo Uninstaller.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could make your explanations simple.

Thanks in advance ,,,, from a fed up desperate Ladybbird
