Luckyshare.. Anyone Tried ?

I've just come up with this site.. As far as I see, they are not one of those file hosts using xfilesharing pro script.. They seem to have their own script..

They have 2 plan, PPD (Up to $32 per 1000 downloads and %60 per sales and rebills).. http://luckyshare.net/earn

As a result, your PayPal account has been closed. You will need to remove all references to PayPal from your website. This includes not only removing PayPal as a payment option, but also the PayPal logo. The PayPal User Agreement states that PayPal, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to limit an account for any violation of the User Agreement, including the Acceptable Use Policy.
