What's your policy regarding warez-linking?

What virtualization are you using?

Do VPS's get dedicated hardware?

I notice in your TOS you say if a vps uses excessive resources it will be suspended etc. This is why I ask how you virtualize.

and about excessive resources usage we mean on burstable ram, processor, network And we will not suspend user, we will work with them to fix that first.
