you don't need two SEO plugins.
Better tag cloud, wordpress minify,
gzip & html compress
and those cache plugins.

deactivate plugins and try using htaccess for compression

WP Super Cache
WP Widget Cache

For caching install Wordpress total cache. Apart from minify enable everything, also make sure that page cache is set to disc enhanced. Next gen gallery uses a decent amount of CPU as well, disable that if you can.

What you are proposing alternatives to the Better Tag Cloud and Google XML Sitemaps?

@BattleDuty This is porn blog no fishing guide..I must use gallery plugin ect.

try using htaccess for compression

Keep Google XML sitemaps and dont use a tag cloud plugin. You dont really need it.
