emails not being sent

ive just opened a new forum everything is fine other than i have turned on that new members must verify there email addresse

now ive had a few members sign up and there is no emails being sent out from the forum

the version is 3.7.1
now ive checked the settings and all seems to be set correct

does anyone have any idea what could be going wrong

Im having proglems also but im using 3.6.10 all my settings are also correct so i dont know whats wrong either .

well i got told from the vbulletin people that its a server issue and to read this---> help
